Complaints Center Procedure

The Land Transport Authority is committed to providing exceptional customer service. Serving Our Customers remains a top priority. Customers with concerns or complaints are encouraged to utili​se the Authority's formal complaints process.

To assist the Authority in effectively addressing the issue, complainants are kindly ​requested to provide a detailed account of the complaint, including the registration number of the vehicle or PSV driver/company involved, as well as the time, location, and date of the incident. Contact information of the complainant may be required to assist with the complaints resolution process.
