You can either revoke or suspend for replacement vehicle.

2. All convicted TIN’s to be cleared
3. Valid vehicle registration (for replacement of vehicle)
4. Permit holder to lodge request

Checklists (What to carry with you when at the Counter) 

1. Request letter from permit holder
2. Original Permit
3. Police report & statutory declaration(If permit lost/stolen)
4. Consent letter from Financier if vehicle is under bill of sale
5. Permit Holder to be present at the counter.
6. Number plates
7. Wheel Tax Sticker

Process

1. Fill in the application form.
2. After this, your application will travel through the approval process
3. If your application is rejected, you will be advised. LTA will give you a rejection letter
4. If your application is approved, you will need to pay the alteration fee.

5. Permit will be printed. [ This only applies to RRL, RCL, LM, LC during the revocation process].
