Replacement of vehicle

You can either revoke or suspend for replacement vehicle.

Pre – requisites (Prior Condition before Applying)

1. Valid vehicle registration
2. All convicted TIN’s to be cleared
3. Valid vehicle registration (for replacement of vehicle)
4. Permit holder to lodge request

Checklists (What to carry with you when at the Counter)

1. Request letter from the client for the amendment
2. Latest Bill or any document to support address (for change in address)
3. Original Permit
4. Police report & statutory declaration(If permit lost/stolen)
5. Consent letter from FRCA if vehicle fuel type is gas and its within five years of registration.
6. Consent letter from Financier if vehicle is under bill of sale

Fees

Process

1. Fill in the application form.
2. After this, your application will travel through the approval process
3. If your application is rejected, you will be advised. LTA will give you a rejection letter
4. If your application is approved, you will need to pay the alteration fee and your permit will be printed.
