REQUIREMENTS:
1. Valid ID - Driving Licence / Voter Card / Joint Card / Student ID / Employment ID
2. Driving Licence
3. Ball Point Pen
4. Fee (Level 1 - Basic) = $36.00
5. Fee (Level 2 - PSV) = $76.50
DRESS CODE:
Level 1 (Basic): Formal Attire
Level 2 (PSV): PSV Drivers Code of Conduct (Driver Attire)
*All PSV drivers must be neatly dressed and tidy. Proper and respectable attire while engaged as a PSV driver. No roundneck t-shirts with sleeves cut off, hats, beanies, chokers, earrings or facial piercing.
*Proper collar or roundneck t-shirts and shirts must be worn with long pants or 3/4 pants must only be worn under special circumstances, provided it falls past the knees in a sitting position with closed shoes and stockings.
*All drivers must wear closed shoes and sandals. Flip flops and slippers are prohibited. Uniforms provided by the employer must be worn at all times while on duty.
*All PSV drivers must properly and neatly maintain their beard and moustache.
