Permits can be re-printed and replace provided you produce the documentary evidence. Below are the process of re-printed your permit if it is damaged.
Pre – requisites (Prior Condition before Application)
- Permit should be valid.
Checklists (What to carry with you when at the Counter)
- Request letter from customer.
- Surrender the damaged permit.
