Please be advised that there have been changes in the PSV Regulations recently gazetted on Friday 4 August, 2017. (Legal Notice No: 68):
These changes are as follows:
From 1 October 2017 All Public Service Permits issued before 1 October 2017 are extended as follows:
Road Route License - for a period of 15 years expiring
30 September 2032
Road Contract License - for up to 10 years
All other permits - for a further 10 years expiring 30
September 2027
The Authority will reissue all such permits on or before 31 October 2017 reflecting the extended term.
Permit holders are required to fill in the form (Application for conversion of Tenure of Permits) which can be obtained from the LTA offices in Valelevu, Labasa and Lautoka or you can also download the form from the LTA website (https://www.lta.com.fj/online-forms)
Permit holders are required to surrender their existing permit in order for the re-issue of the permit.
