The first few days of the Land Transport Authority (LTA) “Meet the Manager” programme, involving local branches engaging with customers and stakeholders was a resounding success.
The “Meet the Manager”, which started on Thursday, 26 September 2019, covered local branches of Navua, Sigatoka, Ba, Tavua, and Nadi, heard customers and stakeholders queries on transfer of vehicles with external agreements with seller & buyer, transfer of vehicles under probate, renewal of driving licences, TIN issuance, PSV and private illegal operation in town areas, vehicle inspection, driving test appointments, vehicle modifications, and installation of fire extinguishers in taxis among the key issues being discussed.
Most of the queries were answered on the spot by our professional local managers face to face. The opportunity to meet our customers in an open house environment is mutually beneficial to customers and the LTA alike.
