The Land Transport Authority signed a Collective Agreement with the National Union of Workers (NUW) in Valelevu on 4 September 2024, marking a significant milestone in fostering positive industrial relations.
The agreement - signed by LTA Board Chairman Inosi Kuridrani, LTA Acting CEO Irimaia Rokosawa, and National Union of Workers General Secretary Felix Anthony - reflects the Authority’s commitment to recognising the rights and welfare of its employees, ensuring fair treatment, and promoting a collaborative working environment.
LTA aims to enhance workplace conditions, boost employee morale, and contribute to greater organizational productivity and service delivery through this strengthened partnership with NUW.
