At LTA we provide Vehicle Valuations, in order to ascertain the value of the said motor vehicle. Below is the process of how you can successfully get a vehicle valuation done at LTA.
Pre – requisites (Prior Condition before Application)
- The Vehicle must be registered.

- Request letter with reason for valuation.

Process
- Present your request letter over the counter at LTA Office.
- CSO will verify record and collect valuation fees.
- You will be referred to a LTA Senior Technical Officer
- Your vehicle will be inspected.
- You will be advised when your valuation will be ready for collection.
- Market Valuation Certificate will be issued for your vehicle.
- Note that valuation may take more than 1 day if necessary.
